Founder / Creative Director

Robert Worley’s role as simplifier, organizer, long-term planner, and image builder has proved instrumental in many marketing successes. Founding The Well ® in 1996, Robert created the ideal opportunity to utilize his creative talents and leadership skills to help others achieve. Branding. Re-Branding, Starting, Expanding --- he has handled and resolved many challenging assignments for Hospitals, Specialty Physician Groups, Financial Services, Consumer Services, B2B and more.

Sample highlights of his 25-year career account experience include: Bradley Memorial Hospital, Sleep Sciences and its national network of sleep disorder centers, Cobb Hospital, Crawford Long Hospital of Emory University, SAFE Recovery Systems, FabriGuard, Metaugus, Acura, Oldsmobile, and of course, the growing roster of reigning Well ® clients. Before The Well ®, Robert was Vice President of The Latimer Agency / Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations.

For more than 20 years, Ben has excelled at providing information technology consulting that provides concise definition and analysis of system requirements, efficient software implementation, Internet applications and professional project management. Using an exceptional ability to understand and interpret key business issues, Ben brings an exciting perspective to accounts of The Well ®. J. Burton Gruber, CPA / Gruber & Company
Business Consultant

J. Burton Gruber has more than 35 years of successful business and accounting experience. During his career, Burton was the motivating force behind many start-up business ventures that have gone on to establish themselves as household names. Highlights include Wolf Camera (15 years of service from inception), the Original Great American Chocolate Chip Cookie Company (8 years of service from inception) and many such others.

Presently, Mr. Gruber and his staff oversee a large group of clients (including some on an international level) that are in need of his personalized supervision and daily attention. Burton is a specialist in general accounting, tax planning, business start-ups/ expansions and investment opportunities. Providing a sincere, personal touch, he counsels his clients for both professional and personal matters.

He is also a recent member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and the International Who’s Who of Professionals.
